Обґрунтування параметрів плоских напрямних дисків комбінованої ґрунтообробної установки на основі математичного моделювання

Анотація

Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування параметрів плоских напрямних дисків комбінованої ґрунтообробної установки шляхом математичного моделювання взаємодії ґрунту з їхньою поверхнею.

Визначені раціональні значення радіуса направляючих дисків, що складають 0,172м та залежності площі зони диску, у якого сили тертя сприяють його обертанню, від кута піднімання ґрунту лемішем 20…25°, кінематичного параметра диску та його радіуса. Встановлено, що оптимальна відстань між направляючими дисками становить 0,12 м і більше, що унеможливлює  заклинювання ґрунту між дисками під час його піднімання лемішем. Встановлення дисків під кутом один до одного збільшує тяговий опір та величину згруджування ґрунту.
