Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement
All names and email addresses provided in the journal are used solely for the purposes defined by this publication and are not shared with other individuals or organizations for any other purposes. Data collected from both registered and non-registered users of the journal are processed in accordance with standard procedures for peer-reviewed journals. These data are used to facilitate communication during the editorial process, as well as to inform readers about authors and the editing of content.
Authors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of data relating to individuals who participated in the research described in their articles.
Individuals involved in the journal’s editorial process adhere to generally accepted standards of confidentiality, including those set out in the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In accordance with GDPR provisions, the following rights are ensured:
- the right of access to personal data;
- the right to be forgotten – deletion of personal data;
- the right to data portability between organizations;
- notification of data security breaches;
- the principle of privacy by design, which data protection from the design stage.
Under GDPR, there is also a “public interest in data availability,” which is critical for maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of the public scientific record.
