This license permits users to read, copy, distribute, print, and use the materials of published articles, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and the source of publication.

The publisher allows authors to self-archive (deposit) the final version of their articles in institutional or subject-specific repositories with open access, ensuring maximum visibility and impact of the publication.
Authors publishing in open access retain full copyright ownership while granting the journal the right to publish original scientific articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research that are not under consideration elsewhere.
The author confirms that the submitted material:
- does not infringe the copyright of other individuals or organizations;
- has not been previously published and is not under consideration by other journals.
